“I shake my head at he people on this forum that think its cool to confiscate property without following the rules. Just because “our guy” is doing it, doesn’t make it right.

If our politicians were such jerks, perhaps they could agree on something once in a while and protect the American people without resulting to seizures and confiscation.”

These are not private citizens of the USA. The US has seized assets of foreign entities ALL THE TIME. What do you think was the issue with the money we gave to Iran - most of this had been assets frozen by the US government.

Please pay attention to the EO and please read closely.

To the law, there is no difference between a corporation and an individual.

You still need warrants and a law behind you.

In terms of Foreign entities, the constitution gives the executive branch the authority to manage relations, tariffs and relationships.

Non of this fantasy stuff about shutting down social media “giants” passes the least strenuous constitutional test.
