To the law, there is no difference between a corporation and an individual.

You still need warrants and a law behind you.

In terms of Foreign entities, the constitution gives the executive branch the authority to manage relations, tariffs and relationships.

Non of this fantasy stuff about shutting down social media “giants” passes the least strenuous constitutional test.
