Oklahoma has joined more than a dozen other states in their support of a brief asking the U.S. Supreme Court to take up Texas’ request to throw out the presidential election results in four key states.
On Tuesday, Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton file lawsuits against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin in the U.S. Supreme Court. The lawsuit claims the states "exploited the COVID-19 pandemic to justify ignoring federal and state election laws and unlawfully enacting last-minute changes, thus skewing the results of the 2020 General Election."
Paxton says the four battleground states made unconstitutional changes to election laws. He has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to invalidate the four states' 62 Electoral College votes for President-elect Joe Biden, which would swing the election to President Donald Trump.

Some idiot Pravda media outlet dismissed Texas’ lawsuit as a “publicity stunt”. Tell that to the other states joining.

I think it is time to change the Electoral College to 2 votes per state. All of us in Flyover states are getting royally screwed.
The people in the big cities have no quality of life so they keep asking for more guberment thinking it will get better.

Eh, the problem with that is it just gives the election to whoever can have the most States. You think the Dems wouldn't try to break up MA or NJ or half of the NE into a bunch of tiny States first chance they got to give themselves unending wins? It requires Congressional approval - so the first time the Dems have majorities, they rekajigger to give themselves huge majorities, and then just deny every Conservative State that tries to do the same.
I actually mention this in my profile list of improvements - Every State should follow the district model. (Pretty sure this is how Nebraska does it.) All House-source EC votes go to the winner of each Congressional district, and the two EC votes from your Senators go to the winner of the State. The problem is, no Dem State would ever do this, so the Conservative States can't do it because then they'll lose every time (every Blue State splits votes, while the Reds all go 100% Dem). It has to be 'forced' onto all the States at the same time.
