Yes it does. It's called the "Power of the Purse" California legislature determines what the state citizens can legally buy. Whether through it's school system buying which history books to it's Calicare buying medical supplies, it determines what product is made. My relative was forced to change his medical treatment(here in Tennessee) because idiots in California couldn't distinguish between I.V. fluids infusion and nasal gastric feedings and people died because they forced tube feeding into a patients veins.(I sh%t you not)

Yes, by invasion. Oregon was flooded by Californians, now look at Portland. Colorado was flooded by Californians, Arizona was flooded with Californians, Nevada was flooded with Californians.
