If Sidney had been allowed to expose that evil, like she wanted to, the world would be on US like stink on shyte. Time to shatter the see eye ay into a thousand pieces.
The Supreme Court are not accustomed to ask for a show of hands and the Justices will cower in their homes, decline to take up the case and run away, just like the Monty Python knights. The actions of the States will be very useful as messages to the politicians. Act like the Governor of Georgia, and you will pay a price.

ping ... a topic for one of your shows?
I keep my ear to the ground and I listen to people more knowledgable than myself. I also put two and two together.
Trump never puts a commission together or starts an entity for no reason at all.
He is entirely geared to fulfilling his Constitutional Oath.
Wait Connecticut is not joining the lawsuit? I’m so disappointed 😀
A charitable conjecture would be that at least some of the justices divide their team into two parts, pro and con, on selected controversial issues. the two sub teams work on their decision drafts. the justice reviews team input and chooses the better decision. points made in the losing draft would then be incorporated into the winning draft and merged with other concurring justices’ drafts prior to decision release.
perhaps jarrett is only hearing from losing sub-teams of favorably inclined justices.
so long as it is possible to imagine the justices rising to the occasion, hope in USSC might not be totally misplaced...
Seems scotus has 2 options. 1. Punt without a ruling, (most likely). 2. Rule in favor of the plaintiffs. I honestly don’t see how they can rule in favor of the defendants. They cannot set the precedent that state legislatures are powerless.
Notice “Lockdown and wear masks” Dewine and Husted of Ohio are not on this list.
I heard that too but his argument is ill considered. He said SCOTUS will do anything to avoid being seen as the ones who are choosing the President. But that isn't what Texas is asking them to do. The Texas suit asks for a writ directing the state legislatures to choose their electors. The court isn't being asked to tell the state legislatures which electors to choose. This suit actually gives SCOTUS a way out. They can rule on a point of pure law, make all the other pending cases moot, and avoid deciding the outcome of the election.
The defendants have to come up with a response quick as a hiccup. It promises to be entertaining. A dollar says they will include the race card.
Yikes, I can’t read it.
I can go along with your scenarios just hope they are true. He seems to be betting that the Supremes will admit the truth and vote with integrity and I don’t think they always do. Here’s hoping.
If they do, yes, republic saved, and thousands of traitors outed.
Where is Gina Haspel anyway?
Because CA has the magical power to compel other states?
Scotus will likely agree that the defendant states did engage in monkey business.
The remedy is anyone’s guess.

They once said state legislators were powerless when it came to:
Disenfranchising minority voters. Should they allow this disenfranchising of all voters by allowing a corrupt process,
I hope there are higher unsaid issues on their minds when they decide this. Like whether they want the Court to remain a co-equal partner in the Constitutional trinity or have it be “evolved” into a “rubber stamp” for the Congress of the executive or both.
