I do know that there is a city ordinance on the books that once made it illegal to sell a Dutchman a rope on a cloudy day.
It’s hard to tell. We’ve already spent the past 40-plus years building a system of highways, such as corridor H, in Appalachia to try to invigorate the economy. But as long as we keep letting in massive numbers of immigrants and go on clean energy jihads, those highways might as well be called Poverty Corridors.
