Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham Tuesday said five judicial nominees on the committee’s Thursday agenda will likely be the final ones from President Donald Trump reported to the Senate floor.

“We got the markup Thursday, and that’s it as far as I know,” the South Carolina Republican said Tuesday.

The agenda includes consideration of a measure that would regulate how social media companies moderate content on their platforms, and the judicial nominations, which include Thomas L. Kirsch II for the on the U.S. Court of Appeals 7th Circuit.

Graham and Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s push to confirm judges nominated to lifetime appointments by a president whose party has lost the White House hasn’t occurred, with one exception, in more than a century.

The 7th Circuit Court seat was vacated by now-Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett, who was confirmed by the Senate in October after a truncated nomination process to replace the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

When the AP says you’re dead, you’re supposed to stay dead.

I suspect the entire country will be listening to the audio feed of the Supreme Court arguments, and is about to get an epic civics lesson.

If SCOTUS follows the constitution, then it would be 9-0.

The only ones I have confidence in are Thomas and Alito.

We are soon going to see whether Gorsuch/Kavenaugh/Barrett are the same type of nominees that Wray/Haspel/Barr turned out to be.

We shall see how much they LOVE the Constitution.

Don’t hold your breath... The Pennsylvania ruling was their Line in the sand constitutionally. They failed miserably just like Roberts failed the American people with Ovomitcare....that ruling was atrociously un constitutional! He literally flipped the citizen to score points with the black messiah and plastic botox Nancy along with her demonic hordes!

You perl clutching cowards! See Jenna Ellis' response. It was a denial of injunctive relief, not on merit. The case is still active.

Meanwhile Texas vs. Lawlessness goes forward.

These are the times that try men's souls. Many of us are ALL IN for the Republic, even if this means civil war. So be ti.

Where do you stand?

The hardest part of being a RINO is choosing who is the nearest Democrat they can surrender-monkey to.

I mean, if there's a gaggle of Demoscum nearby, how does Linda choose which one to grovel to first?
