Another ghost written self promoting “book” no one will read. The press will print salacious leaked excerpts from it going into the on sale date, Conway will go on book tour for a few weeks. She’ll have a bunch of talk show interviews, and then it will be over.
Most real sales will be to public libraries where dozens of copies will gather dust on a display of “new” books for a few weeks. A pile will sit on a table at Costco and Barnes & Noble stores for a couple of months and then will be gone to be replaced by the next tell all from a Trump insider or a ghost written Obama book. The book racket is simply a vehicle for political payoffs.
The real story is who is behind each of these money laundering payoffs to Washington insiders. I’d love to see an audit as to how many books by political insiders are actually sold to real people. Even better, how many don’t generate enough sales to cover the advance to the author and where the money comes from to cover the losses.
I could use a book like that under one of my kitchen table legs.
