Just a guess but this seems to be building up to a “moral victory.” SCOTUS won’t deny the steal happened, will criticizes it but also won’t invalidate the stolen election. Dems don’t care how they win and will take it. GOP wants to toss a bone to the GOP base to GOTV in GA. Not good enough, IMO.
