The Supreme Court only denied emergency injunctive relief. In the order, it did NOT deny cert.

The Supreme Court did NOT decline to hear the Pennsylvania case: they denied the request for a court order overturning PA election BEFORE HEARING the case.

BIG difference.

Yes, that case.

That case is the one that Oklahoma filed an amicus brief on.

I have no inside knowledge nor am I holding my breath for it, but I would expect Oklahoma and other states to join the Texas suit today.
