If SCOTUS takes the case and rules in favor of Texas do any of us have confidence the legislatures in MI, PA, GA and WI will vote to select Trump electors over Biden electors? That is what the remedy will be if SCOTUS rules in favor of Texas and the state joining them. I don’t see these RINO legislatures voting for Trump. Am I missing something?

I don’t think you’re missing something. It IS a risk. But it would at least be constitutional. I wouldn’t like it, but I couldn’t make a legal case against it.
I’d bet a LOT of GOP state reps would end up primaried by their very localized electorates though.

Have barrels of chicken feathers prominently displayed around the statehouses manned by folks smelling of tar. Don't let them be more intimidated by the left than by us. We're more pissed... and we're sane! Their crazies will forget in time, we never will.
