I don’t trust it. I would be surprised if he dismissed and the New York AG files state charges. They want Flynn to be an example and they want it to stick.
If Biden succeeds in stealing the election, he could appoint Adam Schiff as US AG. Why wouldn't he want to dream up new changes for Flynn, not to mention Trump?
