Maybe this is just part of a master plan.
We were assured that PDJT would win by such a large margin that there was no way Democrats could do enough fraud to overcome that. A message that could lead one into a sense of complacency. PDJT himself often said that the Democrats were going to cheat. Why then was nobody who was vetted and deemed trustworthy watching them? Who or whom decided that?
Then after the election, we find out that the campaign did not have teams of highly competent lawyers with extensive experience in dealing with election in the battleground states ready to go. The campaign had to put together a team on the fly and the dismal results in court rooms and state legislatures show that. Somebody or some people had to decide to not spend the time and money on putting these teams together prior to the election.
The enemy within is often far more dangerous then the enemy we see out in the open across the field. The demise of most empires, nations and groups is often caused by internal rot.
My definiton of “forensic examination” would be obtaining an image of the object code that actually ran during those days and then comparing it to the object code produced from the source code provided by the company; if they match, then an examination of the source code. Anything less than this is not useful and could yield a deceptive clean bill of health.
The game has been to delay meaningful legislative and judicial rulings.
Supposedly, each machine has a Chinese wireless modem built in that can receive signals from cellular networks. They can be remotely reprogrammed from the other side of the world.
But the first batch that was tested gave Biden a huge victory when an equal number of Biden and Trump ballots were counted.
Is this before or after they wiped the hard drives? If after, what good’s it going to do?

Poll watchers are not lawyers and you’ll have to agree that the poll watchers were not interviewed and their sworn testimony taken by an ad hoc legal teams until well after the fact. We didn’t have legal Tiger Teams in place ready to respond and investigate the day of the election. People who knew how to get in touch with and convince judges. Why was that?

I’m not sure what forensically audited entails. The software on the machine is more than likely only the object code. If it were programed to alter the tally of the votes cast, the the source code would not be retrievable.
Even if a bunch a ballots were run through the mch again. The software could have been designed only to alter votes in a way that could not be replicated.
What we need if for a developer to step forward and testify that the code was indeed programmed to be malicious and provide the original source code.
