I think Obama was in Vegas for a fundraiser and was out of pocket.
Multiple aircraft several hours undetected thru Pakistani air space into a military city. Witnesses no longer around, no body. Remainder Seal Team 6 ambushed (assassinated).
Believe what you want to believe. The story put out by Obama is beyond belief.
So you think he was captured then put in a max prison so certain Sauds wouldn’t spend their lives trying to free him - and the cover story was ‘dumped at sea’? Which sealed the deal?

I always thought the whole thing was a set up...a snatch and grab that went south with the chopper crash. If it WAS Bin Laden in that house, there was no intention to tell US about it. Then when the chopper crashed, they could not hide it. So, presto! We got Bin Laden.

This is flat-out garbage. It's being pushed by people who have no understanding of the organization of a Seal Team. The fact that you claim "the remainder" of Seal Team 6 was assassinated later proves you have no idea what you're talking about.
"SEAL Team" is not just a few dozen guys. Without getting into anything classified, it is significantly more than that. The particular elements of Seal Team 6 that carried out the OBL raid were completely different from the guys that were killed in the Tangi Valley operation months later. Even combined, those two units would still only be a fraction of the entire Team.
There are literally thousands of military and family members with first-hand knowledge that those were two completely different groups. They all know who lived, who died, and you are dishonoring the memory of all of them by pulling them into this weird conspiracy theory.
That theory has been debunked on here many times by military people. Unfortunately, no matter how many times they do it, the conspiracy nutters will revive it.
No, they weren't being "respectful of Muslim custom", that was just the excuse.
The real reason they did it was to avoid creating a potential shrine of martyrdom wherever he was buried. Burying him anywhere makes him, and that location, a symbol. Dumping him at sea eliminates that problem, and was the smartest move.
The whole "it was in accordance with Islam" b.s. was simply so they had a facially valid excuse for dumping him at sea, and the international whiners bitched about it anyway.

For everything Brown says, one thing he doesn't claim is that the guys killed on that chopper were the same ones that did the OBL raid. As the link you provided me expressly states:

Just look at that wording, and then check out the wikipedia article on SEAL Team Six if you want to see public information. According to Brown, these guys were from "a troop" of "Gold Squadron" which is one of four different assault squadrons in Seal Team Six. The guys who did the OBL raid were from Red Squadron.
What has happened is that people hear "SEAL Team 6" killed OBL", then hear "SEAL Team 6" lost 15 men in Afghanistan, and assume they were the same. They assume that because they think -- probably from TV shows and crap -- that "SEAL Team 6" is just a group of a few dozen guys so that the same ones must have been on both missions. And that's because they don't understand that there are different Squadrons, and different "Troops" within each Squadron, within the large organization of DevGru/Seal Team Six. But that isn't true. Completely different guys from different squadrons within the Team, and not even your article claims differently.
