As the media and pundits leap to disparage Georgia attorney and Trump supporter Lin Wood or discredit his claims of widespread voter fraud—it is important to consider who he is: a defamation lawyer.
And perhaps no one is better equipped or proven at correcting a false narrative than Wood.
His biggest victories include representing two of the most publicized instances of defamation or libel in the last 20 to 30 years in his representation of Richard Jewell and Nick Sandmann.
Jewell was incorrectly identified by the media and FBI as the bomber during the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta and Sandmann was mischaracterized as a flagrant racist while on a high school field trip to the Lincoln Memorial and Washington D.C.
When an attorney who carved out a niche successfully suing some of the most powerful organizations over false and damaging speech starts levying bold criminal allegations against politicians, it carries a degree of weight.
If anyone knows the legal or financial repercussions of spreading falsehoods, it is Wood.
Wood himself provided context at a rally with fellow attorney Sidney Powell in Alpharetta, Georgia on Wednesday.
“I know about the law of defamation. I know about the damn crooked FBI too. I represented Richard Jewell,” he said.
After clarifying his background-- Wood went scorched earth, challenging and railing against the powers that be in Georgia and across the globe.

To "prove" something, a lawyer needs a venue and a fact-finder, and Wood has neither.

If Lin Wood says Kemp and Raffensperger are corrupt and he can prove it, then encourages them to sue him, he can prove it.
It’s kinda doubtful that an attorney who specializes in high profile defamation cases would himself be guilty of high profile defamation

We are rising up to fight with him for our freedom! We will NOT allow this banana republic type election stealing to stand. Not this time. Not when it is so blatant. We cannot look the other way. The will of the people has been thwarted in favor of the corporate interests, the deep state, and the communist Chinese. We, the people will not move on until this is brought to light and made right!
He filed a lawsuit in Georgia in his own name and the case was dismissed because he lacked standing. He should have known it was going to be dismissed and will most likely be upheld on appeal.
A voter who has been disenfranchised by the blatantly illegal voting and vote counting of democrat operatives has no legal standing to sue to ensure their rights to have their vote count as much as any other legal vote? Right, the courts and “judges” are in on the scam, too !

He knows exactly how far he can go, and how much he can say. It’s his job; it’s what he does. He’s not going to risk everything for the rest of his life by making false claims. Neither is Sidney.
He should have gotten the idea that he's a lousy lawyer after F-troop, CNN and the Washington Post squashed him like a bug in all those lawsuits.

Says who? Exactly what is your source and your experience to make that claim? It seems to me Wood has a well-documented history of success in the court system. What is yours??
It seems obvious you do not understand one basic fact. It is not for YOU to decide. It is for the courts to decide — even if it takes a hearing at the SCOTUS. That’s what courts do in case you didn’t know.

Over a million by his colleague in California never went into a trust.
He’s off the case now too. Claimed $700,000 in legal work.
The kid’s family asked for an accounting fo the donations. They’re not getting it.

You should double check your facts. John Pierce has left the Rittenhouse case, not Lin Wood.
