Right now, Loeffler and Perdue need to force the GA legislature to roll back any and all unConstitutional rules for the Jan 5 run-off.
If that run-off is run under the same fiat rules in force under the previous General election, then all legal avenues to contest the General avenue are MOOT!
Defense can merely argue that the contested agreed to the rules by their participation.
Even Trump will lose in this scenario.
Holding the run-off election under the same rules will legitimize the fraud in the General election.
