This is not a hard case to decide. The SCOP over stepped its authority over the legislature, and Act 77 stipulated all ballots had to be in by election night @8pm. Now they can bitch about the Constitutionality of Act 77, but that was the law in play at the time SCOP stuck it nose in the Legislatures bidness. Game over.

Clarify for me:

You think SCOTUS rules Act77 is unconstitutional (PA Con)?

Or that SCOTUS will find Act77 is consistent with plenary PA powers to dictate how presidential electors are decided?

Or are you hardening back to the earlier case where ballots were accepted after Nov 3, 8pm?

Or will it be decided on equal protection grounds that the PA legislature violated equal protection provisions of COTUS Amend14?
