but a bill becomes law 10 days after passage
by both houses of congess,
with or without a presidential signature.
A presidential signature is not required,
only that he not veto it within 10 days.
First....it’s only been three days since it passed in the Senate.
The House hasn’t passed it, that I can find.
I don’t know what your deal is going after POTUS for not vetoing....as you totally miss MY point that these two Senators did not block the bill.
Not one R Senator did. Rand did the last time it came up for a vote. Not this time.
Get back to me after both Houses pass and POTUS signs.
I’m not saying he won’t ....but, it would seem odd for him to sign something that he ran against as a candidate and as our dear President.
Stop impugning our president with your ignorance of the situation. The bill is still in conference and has not yet gone to the president. He will of course veto it.
