If the appeals court ruled that as a federal court they don't have jurisdiction in the matter it's hard to believe that the Supreme Court will decide that they do.
I’m afraid my thoughts are in sync with yours...been on Parler and Twitter saying that when the system won’t do what needs to be done, a FRee People needs to step up and do it for them...
