Biden, if president, will not be making decisions beyond what he he will wear and maybe not even that as his mind continues to deteriorate.
When it gets to the point where he can’t understand what people talking to him are saying, due to talking too fast or not loud enough, and says odd things out of context. Often. It might be time. The next thing to watch for is balance and falling down for lack of something/someone to hold onto during a spell, sometimes breaking a bone or two from their fall, and if they have a pet to blame, the pet is blamed. It might be time. Also, they can feel like rooms of their home are changing, like when a simple hallway, becomes an alley way, fraught with lurking danger and bad people. It might be time for memory care.
