No, do not think so. We have those in Michigan who went ahead with certification when they should have said “no.” Glad it was not me, but was less than brave on their parts.

Largely, yes.
Overturning votes and certifications was always going to be a long shot case, but he's done a very very bad job. Just terrible. Spent his time in court saying "we're not alleging fraud" and not knowing basic things like the level of scrutiny he wanted. Then he spent more time giving presentations to state legislatures who already told him they weren't going to act than he did in court.
He's a very very bad lawyer.
