This is a Michigan court of appeals, ruling on Michigan law. It can be appealed to Michigan Supreme Court, but not to SCOTUS.

Pardon me, and I don’t mean to offend, and if I do, please attribute it to the scotch I had earlier.

But ... here goes:

I blame Rudy. After losing in the trial court, he filed a defective appeal, missing the required paperwork. The appeal was rejected, and by the time he crossed his t’s ad dotted his i’s and submitted a proper appeal, it was too late.

As I said earlier, you do not wait to test your parachute after you jump out of the airplane.

DJT had been warning us for MONTHS about election fraud. And Rudy, as DJT’s PERSONAL lawyer, should have been orchestrating this.

We should have had teams of skilled litigators available, on standby, in each and EVERY contested state.

Judges who want to act corruptly will come up with any excuse if it favors their preferences regardless of what the law requires. Happens in thousands of courtrooms every day.

PREACH IT!

For such a successful businessman, I've never been impressed with Trump's organizational or planning skills in his time as Pres.

I've known a lot of successful people like Trump who, despite lack of typical planning are somehow successful. As someone who plans to the Nth degree on EVERYTHING, this always drove me nuts.

Looks like it finally has caught up with him, though, unfortunately. With better planning, we'd be in a lot better shape than we seem to be now..and the apparent lack of thorough planning really does seem to be at the root of why we are getting crushed in court after court. Maddening.

We did have our lawyers. They quit. Part of the corruption we are playing against.

It can be appealed to SCOTUS from the Michigan Supreme Court.

SCOTUS said in Bush V Gore that every presidential election is a federal matter and that it therefore has jurisdiction.

“We should have had teams of skilled litigators available, on standby, in each and EVERY contested state.”

Lots of conservatives, even in Trump’s team, thought he would win by a landslide over senile Joe.

If he had won, would he be doing the voting review now?

“I blame Rudy.”

You mean you believe the judge? The judge will sniff around for a reason to reject the suit, no matter what Giulani does.
