Kelly et al waited till they lost and then the PA supreme court said. too late laches. Can’t have it both ways. The SCOTUS could rule on the laches and let the rest go back to the PA supreme ct.

I don’t see where that applies here since the Trump campaign suffered no harm in the primaries- so what could they go to court about?
