It is my understanding that the Safe Harbor date would be the deadline for challenges.
If the petition has been filed already, the only date that matters is the 14th (or when the state’s electors vote.)

They have been that way for a long time, and I'm sick of people being lead around by the nose thinking that rewarding Lindsay Graham, Mitt Romney and his ilk is going to do anything other than line their respective pockets. How many Republican politicians have been sandbagging the president?
People have been trying to take over the Republican Party for decades, and it never works. They just take you for a ride and think you're a chump, and quite frankly they're right to think so given how gullible people are in pulling the lever no matter what.

“The GOP has just become a roadblock in dealing effectively with Bolsheviks”
I do not think we are dealing with Bolsheviks but globalists. The GOP and the traditional Democrats are one and the same. They are just giving the appearances of contests. The far left is not going to win any elections either under current counting. They just don’t realize it.

Good post... One could show a Judge video proof of fraud and he/she would still dismiss the lawsuit.

Okay Debbie, here ya go. The two Georgia senators are a stopgap measure. IF the voters do not send even those fecjless stooges back to the senate then the demon rats control all aspects of governance and will destroy what is left of this dying Republic. Have you even looked at the two devils the demon rats are running? Mercy, get a clue, Debbie.

Or maybe people should have spent the past few decades building up our own institutions to advance our own agenda instead or being sucked into Conservative Inc.
But no, we can't ever take independent action on our own. That's for cowards and traitors. We have to unconditionally support the Republican Party no matter what and expect things to magically change once we find the right person who is going to do all the hard work for us.

I think the corporations will be part of the leadership so it is more like national socialism except global instead of national.

The 8th? I’ve read several articles where the absolute final day is the 14th.
The 8th is safe harbor day. 6 days before the electoral college votes (which this year is the 14th) any states that have certified their results are considered to have "safe harbor" and no further challenges or changes may be made. It's part of the federal law setting forth the calendar of the electoral process.
Safe harbor is what ended Gore's recounts in Bush v. Gore.
Anything not done by Monday night is going to be too late.

If 5-7 swing states do not make the 12-08-2020 electoral deadline...then everyone waits. Of the 6 contested states. All 6 have certified their elections. 5 of the 6 have already transmitted their slate of electors to the national archives. You can see them
here.
The swing states are not missing the deadline.

That's why I believe Trump's ace in the hole is invoking martial law and taking control of the 5-7 states' voting machines and accumulated evidence to either force a revote or get rid of the illegal votes "stuffed in the ballot box" by the democRATS.
If the courts won't help him and the state legislatures won't right this obvious injustice, he has no other choice but to take control and restore the outcome of the election to the rightful winner....himself.
For those who think he wouldn't use martial law to correct this injustice, think again. Trump will never concede to the criminals that stole the election he legally won. If he goes down, so will a lot of others who did this to him.
The democRATS pushed the fraud envelope too far this time and they did it to the wrong guy. He will come down on them with a vengeance and everyone of his supporters will be standing cheering him on.
If it comes to an actual civil war, guess who has the most firepower? Antifa fags and BLM pretenders? Or the special ops and military forces under Trump's command along with the 70 million gun-owning civilian militia patriots?
This is only my opinion but I believe it is Trump's last hope for restoring order and saving our Republic.
