I thought it was obvious why the Pubbies are looking like such pansies.

Here is their thinking:

If I support Trump there will have to be a vote. I will be on record as “Helping Trump Overthrow the Election” as will be noted by the MSM the next time I have to run for re-election. BAD CHOICE.

If there is a vote and I vote against Trump I am a cooked goose the next time I run for re-election. BAD CHOICE.

But if we just go along to get along there will never be a vote and nobody but nobody will know whether I supported Trump or didn’t. So I will just say that I did. THATS A WINNER.
