Dr. Anthony Fauci said Friday that he will assume the role of chief medical adviser to the White House in January.
Fauci, who is currently director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, was tapped by presumptive potential President-elect Joe Biden on Thursday to fill the job.
During an appearance Friday on NBC’s “Today” show Fauci said, “I said ‘yes’ right on the spot” after Biden asked him to assume the post.
Biden told CNN on Thursday he plans to issue a voluntary call for Americans to wear masks for the first 100 days of his potential administration.
On Friday, Fauci recounted that he told Biden mask-wearing may be required for longer than a symbolic 100 days.

This has been Fauci’s objective since February. COVID a tool he manipulated for his own purposes.
The only time I wear a mask is when I have to take some family member to a doctors visit. Or when I go to the County Courthouse on business.
Past that, nobody wears one.

I’ll wear a mask in a store that requests it. It’s my choice if I want to enter the store or not. Publix is a good example. That’s a company that leans big time conservative. I’m sure their preference would be no masks. Here in VA, they could get into trouble for not requiring it.

I gave blood last week. They tested for anti-bodies, I had none. That really does not mean anything important. The anti-bodies don’t show in the blood very long.
I’m not taking the vaccine, because of how it was made. Too much risk.
We live in deep flyover country. There have been a few case, but only one outbreak. That was due to a Rodeo and Dance that spiked the adjacent counties.
I’m still praying every day that God will step in and overcome this.
