He responded to this question:

Even though I’ve had the protection, am I still able to transmit it to other people?”

Of course the 10% would still be able to pass the virus if the vaccine didn't work for them. Naturally.

The Pfizer chief was referring to the ~90%. They just don't know because they haven't had enough time to study the effects. It's a lack of data due to a lack of time.
