like the Poll Watcher who witnessed them trying to claim 9000 votes for biden and 13 for trump out of one batch as he was being blocked and trying to gain access.
when he brought it up at the hearing, the answer from the head of the Election borad was "well it got corrected, right," yes, they corrected it to about 6000 for Trump / 4000 biden, but how many times did that happen and NOT get caught, it was probably happening while the Poll Watcher was following the recount
we will just sweep that one under the rug too......chalk it up to "no standing" and "Oh well, stuff happens"....."good catch, now lets move along"
