That was, IMHO, the very purpose of Trump’s speech yesterday. He said it right at the top: “This will be perhaps the most important speech that I ever give.”

He is not a man of empty words when it comes to matters of substance. He was - again, IMHO - giving a very clear warning to the SCOTUS that they had better hear these cases and make a decision that is consistent with preserving our Republic. He specifically indicated that our country would cease to exist if this stolen election stood. The warning is clear - “handle it legally to preserve the peace, because if you don’t, then I will handle it by other means that won’t necessarily be so peaceful or accepted by most of our population.”

So either the SCOTUS understands that, or we have a huge problem - because Trump’s speech was nothing else if not a very clear indication that he is NOT backing down, that he will do what is necessary to preserve the Republic. He clearly put the ball in their court (no pun intended, but it works anyway).

With Barrett on the Court, I think that they will take the cases...but time (and not a lot of it) will tell.

I expect we will know by end of day tomorrow. But I am not confident they will even take it. I expect they will stick with the latches excuse. Hope I am wrong.

I think Rudy’s team as done the due-diligence to present the case to the various legislatures. If they choose not to act (or are unable to) then it’s time to send in the Federal Marshalls and take possession of the ballots in all these democrat cities, and due some actual investigation!
