There were media reports of the "water main break" and the sending of everyone home. I remember it that night and it was infuriating because they stopped counting. We in our family were like "how can they just quit counting on Election night and go home?"

It would be nice if this pans out and that there is no good explanation for these ballots except for cheating. You can surely add other metro Atlanta counties to check carefully as well.
