This data guy from Texas is putting me to sleep.

Bottom line, statistics can disprove the analytics quantitatively beyond a reasonable doubt. Just like when they use DNA they can say it's 99.99% accurate.

Statistics won’t prove it if the Senator’s eyes are glazing over. Tell it like a good story. Open with what you will prove. Show how you proved it. Close with what you proved. Please, someone tell me what he is proving, because I am lost.

The standard of proof in election cases is preponderance of the evidence. more likely than not. 51% side wins the case.
