Consider that suspending the Constitution, declaring martial law, is EXACTLY what progressive communists want. They don’t want Biden as President, they want NOBODY as President - they want a complete breakdown of the Constitutional Republic, and are achieving it by ensuring that (at best) whoever “wins” will have half the country fiercely believing did so thru fraud, and at worst the last President will destroy this system by his own hand (and with violent civil war between those two options).
The Constitution is a robust system. Follow it. Put down insurrection if needed, push thru the courts as possible, and in the end follow the already-clear rules to whomever is so declared President. Accept result, and fill the courts with demands of Constitutional Originalism.
Progressives want to save the village by destroying it.

Naïve statement. Trump has proven that there was fraud, but corrupt courts reject the arguments.
How do you save the constitution when the communists in power ignore it??
The constitution has already been suspended; Hell, it’s been set aside completely when there are no elections.
To legitimize his actions and to completely remove the argument the media will use tosay he’s just being a dictator.

The court cases are under way, they haven’t (on the whole) ended. Let the courts play out, let SCOTUS have its say, let the legislatures certify or not, let the electors do the right thing, let the House act as appropriate culminating all that, let’s get to December 14. Let the checks & balances take their course.
No, the Constitution has not been suspended. Corruption abounds; the Constitution specifies how corruption shall be addressed; you don’t have a better alternative.
Progressives WANT the Constitution suspended/cancelled. Don’t do it for them. Hold them to it.
