The Indian lady has a tape recording. Would that be “evidence”?

Is the tape recording of instructions about backdating applications and accepting all signatures?

It sounded like they were asking her to change dates in September. What did they expect to achieve with that?

According to the witness, the instructor gave the witness full permission to record the training, and she did record it, but Guliani’s decided it can’t be played back to the court.

The witness did say that the instructor said that unproven forms should be rejected and sent back. I’m not getting any sense of a compelling need to maintain secrecy on that point, that’s the correct procedure isn’t it?

The feed keeps cutting out for me. Can someone help me out with one bit?

3rd week of October, witness says she saw 100 spoilt ballots. Rudi interjected with what sounded like “no, 32,000”. I think this was explained but I only caught fragments - something about 20 districts possibly. The feed came back as someone shouted “ridiculous” and was ruled out of order.
