It sounds like she recorded everything. She asked the trainer for permission since the laptop didn’t work. Trainer gave permission to record. (The way I understand it. She’s a terrible witness in that her accent is bad.)
She’s also very nervous :)
I’m having no problem. But I know a few Indians.
Her accent wouldn’t be so much of a problem except for the mask. Not only does it affect the sound of her voice, also one can’t see the lower half of her face when she speaks, which does help in understanding what she’s saying.
Very nervous, and... seeing as she’s worked at the City of Detroit and is now a chief engineer— she is scared. She loves the city but is finding out how nasty the nastys can be.
Noticed she fiddled with a rosary entire testimony and her sign off was thanking Jesus. A Catholic Indian naturalized American citizen with 3 children all of whom are physicians. Hard to understand with accent, but no dummy and credible. She always does things according to the Michigan elections rule book, unlike all the “names” she named (and pissed off the low level State Reps on this panel— one of whom Rudy studiously avoided tangling with- Italian last name, came off like some mobsters entitled brat— who uh, would not like Rudy for the RICO prosecution of mafia in NY).
