Might be a bit of beltway kabuki theater here. Lee gets to show his Big Tech masters he tried really hard to pass their bill and either Loeffler or Perdue get to be the MAGA hero by putting a hold on it. This bill or one like it is certain to pass in the next Congress if the steal goes through. The timing doesn’t make any sense.
