I’ve written this before. Our local University has installed police call boxes throughout the campus. Each one is marked with a bright blue light. The campus is quite hilly, but at any given place 5 or even more call boxes are in plain view. The boxes are everywhere. I have no idea how many times the call boxes have been used.

But, of course as soon as a coed takes a step off of campus, the blue lights are gone. I have no idea how they are able to survive.
