It sounds like a party for a rapper or Hollywood type. Normal people don’t have 400 friends.

Or it’s a teenage kid whose parents went out of town and the thing went viral on social media and rampant texting.

Owners rent out their properties under the table to people who plan these events and charge a cover fee.

Likely why LE really showed up. Government doesn’t get a cut.

I remember back in 1987 or so this kid i worked with basically advertised his house party for two weeks beforehand.
So many strange people showed up that the nice house got completely trashed.
Party got out of control fast.

I can only imagine what having a party is like with today’s social media...
