There is no penalty for Newsom violating a Supreme Court order, so he violates it. Knowing the Dem DOJ has his back.

The law is dead, long live the law.

What we have here is evidence that SCOTUS is a pointless intellectual institution, and that its legal force is illusory.

After all, we are governed with our consent. I withdraw my consent. This is a natural thing to do, nothing at all wrong with doing so, and I view it is a sacred duty.
