Watch for these governments to begin a pullback on growing.

Presently, most recreational states allow growth of up to 5 plants. Once more folks become gardeners, the state looses tax revenue — and with pot taxes, that’s a lot. And it’s not an incredibly difficult plant to cultivate.

Imagine a state like California allowing such an unregulated, un-taxed market.

The legal dope growers and sellers will pressure government to crush the home growers.

I can imagine bicycle cops cruising neighborhoods sniffing for pot.

But if they can’t see it from the street, how do they prosecute a zoning infraction?
