(a) Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election. The assessment shall identify, to the maximum extent ascertainable, the nature of any foreign interference and any methods employed to execute it, the persons involved, and the foreign government or governments that authorized, directed, sponsored, or supported it. The Director of National Intelligence shall deliver this assessment and appropriate supporting information to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, the Secretary of Defense, the Attorney General, and the Secretary of Homeland Security.

The so called “bankrupt” front company Scytl was recently bought by Paragon.
While global, Paragon is a private company “headquarted” in Southwest Germany (proximal to roughly a dozen marked US and NATO intel bases/sites), but was started by Komarov, former GRU and Spetsnaz, who still provides “services” to the Kremlin, while running with many of the worlds wealthiest billionaires and most politically influential.
Scytl is the front company involved with at least some of our cloud servers near Frankfurt/Wiesbaden, Germany.
Not necessarily of direct subject interest, Frankfurt is also the primary fiber backbone junction for four major Eastern (CIS/RUS) European, ME, and Asian fiber routes into Germany, and to “god” in Brussels.

No-— if a full slate of electors is not present for the december meet- the date goes to Jan 6th. 12 Amendment— each state with 1 vote, decided by each states Congressional delegation. 27-23 Trump wins.

Thank you. My thinking was it may be necessary for SCOTUS to disallow Electors from the states in question. That would have to happen before the Electors meet.
Unless, some States not certify the votes, or remove the Electors. If this happens, and Biden still has 270 Electoral votes, would the college still meet?
If the Electors cannot be slated by the election, then the legislatures have the power in each state to select them— not in reference to an election but to their constituent representation— meaning all six contended states could (really should) not certify their election and make the Electoral selection in their seated legislature (Gov. and state supreme courts have NO say in this, a federal election- this power is specifically spelled out in the US Constitution giving the State Legislatures the sole power to choose Electors “as they may Direct”.
If they don’t do that then the ‘college’ may not be counted in Congress and it goes to the newly elected House, seated in January (6th) for the 12 Amendment vote— 1 vote from each state (in this format- Republicans have the upper # in 26 or 27 states in theirstates Congressional delegation and would presumably vote in each of those delegations— for Trump- and the win. Could be even more dramatic—as it appears that Republicans may take control of the House!

I heard General McInerny and General Flynn verify this in a cell phone interview the other night. Apparently 5-6 of our spec ops guys likely Delta died and one CIA paramilitary. But I guess DOD got the server with all the fraud on it. It has also been reported but cannot be verified that Gina Haspel was in Frankfurt at the location and was arrested and may have been injured in the firefight. Anybody seen or heard from Gina lately?
