If they could object and successfully eliminate individual slates of electors totaling at least 37 electoral votes, that would put Biden under the majority. Then the house state delegations would vote.

That article basically says if the House and the Senate disagree on the choice of electors for a state, then it would go to what laws that particular state passed to handle the dispute of choice of electors. But I think the originalists on the Supreme Court will stick with the constitution, not the laws of a State to decide the electors.
