First of all, let me correct my mistake in comment #39. I had actually clicked the link below the first two times and got the doctor successfully treating 1700 patients with the 3 part protocol. Now I have to go back and see if I can post what I had tried to leave there unsuccessfully before.

Regarding prophylactic regimens, I recently started taking Quercetin. I have increased my zinc a bit, am taking Vitamin D3 and and my usual 3 to 7 grams of C a day (allergy relief). I now have a small emergency bag with more Quercetin, zinc, D3 and C, plus trace minerals, and Pantothenic Acid for any Covid infection of me and mine, so I can take/give Zelenko sized doses. I have been taking a lot of vitamins, minerals, and other supplements for over 45 years. A few more every few years as age and health conditions change. Now 82 and still active. Three years increased supplements to help a strained knew. Fixed now. Two years ago Lutien and Astaxantine for developing cataracts, 80% improved now. I am also very careful with masking and social distance, wearing gloves and cleaning hands after I have been outside.
Good for you!!
Glad you are taking the Quercetin.
We have been, for months...and, now have *most* of our family members (adults) doing the same....along w/the required zinc, Vit C and Vit D.
Looks like you are doing pretty much all the right things. One item I like to suggest is NAC or N-acetylsysteine a precursor to glutathione, a potent enhancer of your immune system and you can find plenty of info about it on the internet.
I believe you are right about shutdowns ultimately being more harmful than helpful. Sweden seems to be doing just fine without shutdowns, keeping schools and businesses open.
