Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society filed an election lawsuit asking Michigan’s Supreme Court to prevent Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson from certifying the election results until the Michigan legislature can fully investigate fraud claims and to force election officials to hand over all election materials to the legislature for this purpose.
The lawsuit claims that officials illegally counted or threw out no fewer than 508,016 ballots, far more than Joe Biden’s 154,000-vote margin over Donald Trump.
“State and local officials brazenly violated election laws in order to advance a partisan political agenda,” Phil Kline, director of The Amistad Project, said .. The pattern of lawlessness was so pervasive and widespread that it deprived the people of Michigan of a free and fair election, throwing the integrity of the entire process into question.”

30,000 voters said they had sent in absentee ballots but Michigan’s voting records show those ballots were not counted.

Why did their ballots not make it to the final tally? .. Amistad Project has “more than three dozen affidavits” testifying that officials threw out ballots when they did not like the result. .. when government officials are not following the laws as written, you’ve got a problem.”
Michigan officials counted another 35,109 ballots that were not associated with any address. This statistic is nothing short of mindboggling. .. voters “were sent an absentee ballot, but there’s no address on file. They voted. That violates the law.”
Michigan officials also counted 13,248 ballots cast by individuals who were registered to vote in another state. They also counted 317 ballots from people who voted more than once and 259 ballots from voters who listed only an email address

The Left doesn't understand equal protection under the law and having enforcement officers and honest judges to apply the laws benefits them, too. And all of this is gone now except in conservative regions.
Dems can phone a social worker when three "teens" break the kitchen window and crawl in for a home invasion and rape of women.
Many criminals kill each other to divide the stolen valuables with a better split or to keep the other from being a witness. "No honor among thieves."
Watch for Sanders and AOC versus aging Biden types and young Turks versus Pelosi and Schumer. A big split among the Left will arrive when the BLM and Antifa types demand their cut be bigger (as BLM has recently warned Biden about what he "owes" them for the election.) Plus reparations that will go over like an iron balloon in many House districts in 2 years.
Amusing story: (True) a young guy's apartment was broken into and he filled out the police report for insurance loss claim. He listed his stolen illegal drug stash for its cash value as a loss. Insurance didn't pay it.
I obey to the best of my ability the law of right and wrong which is often contrary to the law of the courts.
What? Political corruption in Michigan? Now I’m shocked, really shocked I tell you. It’s not only the water in Flint that is polluted and dangerous.
