Before COSTCO, there were mom and pop stores. We still have a few in our area. Sometimes you had to order stuff and wait a week or two. But, if big lot stores want to ban customers, I doubt struggling mom and pop stores will, especially if there is no state wide mandate.

Most states will likely have the mandates, once the Dems turn Texas and Florida red...which will be in 2 years, if they win the Georgia Senate races (via Amnesty and ‘voting’ laws which end fair elections here). At that point, they can do as they wish regarding mandating vaccines.
