while trucking over the road in the 1980's, I had a very hi-watt CB radio that had so much power I needed a special alternator system to fully power it, i could talk skip to the Phillipines or Africa , it would melt the tip of the antenna and transmit through every speaker in a Truck stop, whether it was turned on or not.

Needless to say, I got a lot of complaints, but most complaints were light hearted because most all of my hi-power broadcasts were sarcastic cynical comedy. Sometimes I would impersonate Jesus and shame people.
