It already has happened in upstate New York where I live. The largest city in each state will control the votes every time via fraud and brainwashed citizens. This strategy has successfully been implemented in New York State for decades.
Upstate is disenfranchised by the NYC demographics. This will be done in every state using their largest city.
73M say otherwise.
