Because her theory that votes were switched in SW is the opposite from the other cases that fraudulent votes were cast or created, mostly on paper. If we want to know how the election was stolen we need to see that paper. If the paper has been destroyed the results should be thrown out.
In contrast her theory that votes were switched by software or in a remote server is hard to prove and easy to disprove and the case will be tossed. My example is here in Virginia where results are sent from each precinct to the counties to the state. No SW or foreigner can change the numbers unless the tabulator was biased. In that case we would need a hand recount. Just one precinct would probably be sufficient (1 or 2 thousand ballots).
