Q how do they make the tallies match if they perform a 1% validation?
A garbage in garbage out— if the chain of custody steps broken, nothing is guaranteed

A could have been done from Nigeria, or local, so many places where they could be interdicted
Q i can’t be confident that a random volunteer got into the tabulation room and breached the physical security, machines left untended for a week, we cant be sure that the election was fair

A a forensic audit will tell you but for the mail in ballots if you don’t have the signatures you wont be able to tell
