You do realize who those CIA operator spooks are don’t you? Who the CIA
and NSA populate their teams with? Ex special forces. You don’t even
have to be ex special forces. Guys are recruited from the private contracting
companies working all over the world. Those CIA spooks do much of
what delta does but with WAY BETTER PAY.
The article seem to indicate the ‘spooks’’ were Afghani’s trained by CIA spooks. And no it doesn’t surprise me how the CIA fills it’s ranks and contracts out hits. A good friend of mine, past away a few years ago did it in Vietnam during The Phoenix Program.
