the ramifications of this order need some serious legal munching...
one apparently hopeful note is that it evidently applies to the entire state. this possibly means that if one machine is configured with different software than any other machine, it is prima facie evidence of fraud.
the chances of the pro biden forces covering their tracks by correctly resetting every machine to tamper resistant software appears to me to be close to zero given hundreds if not thousands (how many?) machines that were used.
The Judge just reversed his order apparently.
